The Alternative Investment Management Association now says that it expects the hedge fund sector in Australia to pass the A$100 billion assets under management mark in the near future. It is now at A$96.9 billion AUM, [US$67 billion] The industry has reached thislandmark through strong recent growth, including an increase in AUM of more than 45% in the three year period 2012-14.
